Question how to open unaccesed user account with its files?

last thursday, i found all my user account files lost and if i'll select my user accnt., the profile was resetted. none of the files i saved in the folders and desktops where visible including the profile settings itself. Other user accounts in my laptop where functioning properly, its just my user account and all its files were the ones missing. I tried to check documents and settings and there where 2 appearing folders for my user's document. The other one contains the ones i see if i open my user accnt from the welcome screen.i tried to delete it but it keeps coming back.the original one cant be accessed and if you'll click on properties, it said it was empty. but i tried scanning it using avast and can see all my files being scanned. it's just i cant open it, it said access denied. maybe it's because of a virus, but i don't know what to do. if i'm going to try to restore the system, the files might be lost? what should i do?..last week, i could still open my user acct, and a message telling file source cant be found keeps flashing so i tried to just restart the laptop so it opens.but now, all the settings and files in the user account can't be opened. i need help!

Default data recovery

Hi,

Download Recover My Files from http://download.getdata.com/RecoverMyFiles-Setup.exe and run a "Complete File Search" of the drive letter for the specific file types you need to recover. You can click on the search results and preview the pictures and documents. If you find what you are looking for, then purchase a key and save the files to another drive.
