Cannot recovery files after purchasing software

I downloaded recovery my files and let it scan my USB drive. After a while, it finally found files and folder. I went ahead and purchased the application so I can save the files. As I save the files, it says there are 57gigs of files and folders to recover. I select the destination as another USB drive, and it begins its recovery. After completion, I go to the recovery drive and it shows all my files and folders, but overall folder size for all is 0kb. It is not showing me any of the file content. How can this be resolved? Thanks

Please send an email to support@getdata.com with your purchase reference number and activation details. Please also send details of the version number and build of Recover My Files that you ran and we can try and diagnose the problem.

I sent info to the support team, Grace and Daniel. Pending a solution since nothing is working as far as the recovery. Hopefully a solution can be reached. Thanks
