So the situation is like this.
I have a machine dell poweredge 2800 in small company.
RAID5, 3 hard discs, windows server 2000, no backup.
a week ago windows crashes, younger colleague called support, they tried to repair windows, no success. in their opinion the problem is motherboard and they decided to put a new motherboard. Raid5 lost. They recovered Raid5 but did not succeded repair windows again .
so when i come they said that only option is to reinstall win 2000 but then we will lost all data.
then i tried to check those disc with acronis enterprise and succeded to locate all files on disk. made image of data part by part becouse when ever i tryed to make a image of larger ammount of data server stoped responding and i had to start all over again from restart.I managed to save cca 90 % of data i need but some files not. Most important file "geneacc.fic" should be cca. 30 Mb is there where it has to be, only the size is 0 Kb.

I asked support to give me a new scsi disc becouse they said there is a lot bad sectors on Hard discs . i instaled a new windows 2000 and all files i recovered implement in it. most of aplications work fine but one that use geneacc.fic works but have no data in it.

Please is there any way of restoring what was in the file, what software i shoud try, how to do it etc.etc.
