Data recoverd but not opening files

Hi.. Buddies..

I got a problem here, Some one had removed data from hard disk, after that they recovered data from that hard disk. Now they are using that hard disk. this happened before six months. Now what's the problem is what ever recovered data from hard disk, that files are not opening. I tried to open files with notepad they were opened but theres is no headers of file and data also changed. I'm keeping a link of file which was recovered from hard disk and one normal working file. open these two files with notepad. you will know what my problem is. please help to repair that recovered data files.

first file is recoverd file, and second one is gud working file from downloaded internet
