Ive just scanned my hard drive for any deleted files and found thousands. But i have used various programs to try to delete these including SecureClean and Tolvanen Eraser but has not done the trick. How do i make sure that i get 0 (ZERO) results in the Physical and C: drives? I want to make sure all these lost files are unrecoverable using any recovery software. Any help would be appreciated as i need to make sure my system is free of security holes. I dont wish to nuke my disk as I still wish to use it. Thanks.

Secure Clean from http://www.wipemyfiles.com/ will definitely permanently wipe files - we use it in our lab to do exactly that.
Please give it another try and then run RMF to check that the drive is clean.
