Question Deleted files
Does Recover My Files also recovers deleted files deleted with shift+delete ? I tried scaning the folder where some videos of mine were deleted with shift+delete and nothing.

Default Data recovery
Yes, it can. SHIFT - DEL just bypasses the recycle bin. You should be able to find them.
