Default Computer reboots after search is complete.

I have a RAID5 using 4-500GB Hard drives formatted as 1.36GB and well one of them went down. That's fine because I know all the DATA is still there with the three remaining drives. Somehow the RAID set got deleted and appears in computer management as unallocated. I ran Recovermyfiles 4.0.4 but after its done searching for the files it reboots on me before I can save them to my other 1GB drive I have hooked up. Please help.... I have ran RMF three times now and it still reboots after two days of searching the RAID.....
