activation failed
Paid, got my licence-key and my registration-name for my 'Recover My Files v4 Standard', but when I try to register I get "activation failed". I'm asked to fill in my user-name too together with the key. Where is my user-name? It seems not to be the user-name that I have for this forum! Please help. K

Activation
Hi,
If you are asked for a name and key, then you are using version 3 (not the latest which is v4). Please send an email to support@getdata.com and ask for a v3 key to be added to your order. Thank you.
