Question Using Recover My Files for another file extensions

Hello,
how can I recovery files with another extensions like *.gdb or another?

Default Data Recovery

Run a "Fast File Search" and then look in the "Other Files" folder in the results screen.

If you do not find the file, then you will need to contact support and ask for the file type to be added (you need to send at least 2 samples). That way you can run a "Complete Search" and search for that particular file type.

If you are recovering from a Formatted hard disk, at the end of a "Format Recover" search the entire partition will be rebuilt including all file types.
