Exclamation Registered copy exits after completing search

Hi

I've got a strange problem with my newly registered copy of RecoverMyFiles. When I do a complete search it find lots of lost files but as soon as the search is complete the program exits automatically before giving me a chance to save my files.

The registration process was completed without any problems, the "Buy Online" button is no longer on the tool bar and the product is showing as registered to me, so I don't think that's the issue. Please help as this is becoming an increasingly urgent business issue

Many thanks
Ann

Default Data Recovery

Please make sure you are using the latest version, currently 3.84, of the program by clicking the UPDATE button or downloading from www.recovermyfiles.com .

Please run a "Complete File Search" but prior to the end of the search, stop it and save the files found so far. Are you able to do this without any problem (note that you can start the search again at the same place you stopped, just note down the cluster number that the search is up to - its near the progress bar - and then in OPTIONS - ADVANCED put a tick in the "prompt for start cluster" box.

If you have further problems please contact support and provide your purchase reference number.
