    Default Which edition to purchase?

I have a hard drive that completely stopped working - when you click it says unreadable or corrupt. I downloaded the free version of recover my files and can see all of my files. I work for a band and have years of family photos on this drive, as well as my wife's excel spreadsheets.

So, do I need standard or professional to get these file types back?

    Thank you.

    Default Data Recovery

    Hi,

The Recover My Files Standard License is fine for you. Unless you are working with a MAC formatted drive, need RAID support or work with drive sector copies, then you don't need the Professional License.

    Thank you.
