    Hello,

    When attempting to recover files from the scan, I receive a "Floating point division by zero" error message. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

    Default Floating Point Division by Zero Error

    Recover My Files v4:

    You may receive a "Floating Point Division by Zero" error when using Recover My Files v4.6.6(830) or below. If you receive this error, please uninstall and remove this version and download the latest available v4 from GetData's download server: http://download.getdata.com/RecoverMyFiles-Setup-V4.exe (the latest v4 available at this time is v4.9.6.1560).
