    Default hardrive data recovery question

    hello,
my hardrive on my macbook pro crashed possibly due to one of the fans not working properly.
I have tried recovering the data by using several utlities (disk drill, stellar phoenix, etc) all see the hardrive as unformatted with 0kb with seemingly no recovery options.
My question, is there anything else i can do, or has my hd been completely erased?
    thanks

    Default Data Recovery

    Hi,

Are you able to plug it into a Windows Box? If you can see the physical drive connected, right click on My Computer > Manage > Disk Management, then you will be able to search it with Recover My Files from Data Recovery Software to Undelete Files; Disk recovery; Recover Deleted Files. Recover My Files will find the full HFS (MAC) file system.
