Default Recoiver files on unallocated drive?

I downloaded the program and when I do an automatic full scan it dosn't find anything but when I do a specific search for movie files in goes a bit and then the program freezes.

    Any solution?

Please go to the Help menu and select About. Let me know the version you have installed including the numbers in brackets.

Can you let me know how the files were lost from the drive?

The drive is a hd from a dvd hd recorder used with my TV - it is a scsi drive I think - the unit just stopped working so I took out the HD in hope to save the recorded material.

However it does find files on a specific movie search for files but then the program hangs, when I do a full scan it dosnt find anything.

When you connect the drive to your pc does it show up in Windows Disk Management (My Computer > Manage > Disk Management) as a physical disk?
