Problem involving a HDD

I have the following problem with my hDD, one beautiful day while I was downloading a file from Internet /fragmented download/ while putting together the file my system crashed after i reinstalled Windows on my other HDD. After that i found out that the other HDD was recognized but there was no size and when i tried to open it there was a message that my disk is not formatted, but in Linux the drive was found but i couldn't copy anything from it, i ran a program that was supposed to fix MBR becuse i read that this could be the problem, no luck the situation was the same, i downloaded a recovery program that when opening my hDD wrote that there are errors in MFT, and when i tried to recover files it recovered them but some of them we unopenable, though i could run them under linux. Could you help me? What to do?

I want to thank everyone in this forum for the "help" I waited for a weekand no reply no matter I gave the disk to a spi******t he found out that thereare errors in MPT and also in MFT and fixed it.
