Exclamation HELP: Encrypted files not usable when recovered to other drive (same sys, key, user)

I am recovering files from a damaged external drive (4 physical HD, RAID0, that was not being detected by the system).

I'm using Recover My Files 5.2.1 (1903) [Professional] and its recovering everything but files that where originally encrypted on the external drive (shown also in green by Recover My Files).

I still have the encryption certificate on my HD, using same user account and operating system (Windows Vista Ultimate), but when it recovers the files they don't show as encrypted and they are unusable.

Is there a way to retain the encryption setting of a file when you recover it?... or any way to apply the encryption key to recovered files, or during the process, or whatever, in order to be able to open the originally encrypted (but now recovered in a different drive and no more encrypted) files?

    Thank you in advance.

    Default Data Recovery

    Hi,

Recover My Files does not currently to support the recovery of encrypted files. We may add this to future major versions, but it is not scheduled for the short term.
