Run from floppy?

A question before I buy. Will the software run from a floppy disk? I don't want to load any applications on the affected machine.

Recover My Files will not run from floppy disk. The best thing to do is to download it on another computer, install it, then copy files in the C:\program files\recovermyfiles folder to a CD/DVD or USB thumb drive. Then take the CD/DVD or thumb drive to the other computer and run it from there.
