I am sure this has been asked and answered a hundred times, but I seem to be searching with the wrong terms...
I formatted a laptop this morning, after re-installing windows, I realized that I failed to move the "backup" folder containing my "backed-up" data to the network drive. After reading several posts, it appears that this data MAY still be recoverable. I am in the process of doing a "Complete Format Recovery" (term may be incorrect), hoping that I will be able to find this "lost" folder of data. Have I understood the purpose of this program correctly? If so, are there any clearer instructions posted anywhere on how to perform this function, or am I having a brain fart and need to go back to school. Thank you, Jason |

Just wanted to update...
Found the files I needed. The program worked exactly as advertised, thank you! A suggestion, NOT a complaint. It would be nice to see some tutorials or walk-throughs accessible on the site. However, if they exist, make them easier to find somehow. Even an FAQ topic in the forum would work great. Again, this is just a thought. Thank you again for creating a program like this. It saved me a lot of heartache!! Happy Easter, Jason |
