Exclamation Help! After 48 hours of searching...

with Recover My Files, I was excited that it found most everything (almost 10 gigs) of video, music, Itunes and photos on my secondary storage drive (120GB) that reverted to "Raw". Upon purchasing the software and saving to DVD, it only saved 384 MB of the files!! I feel let down and disheartened that after showing me all the files, it can only save this much? It did say recovery unknown on all of them, so am I out of luck for taking a chance? Is there anything else I can do? Any help is appreciated, this is my first time trying to recover anything and first time using this software. Thanks!

Default Data Recovery

If Recover My Files finds 10gb of files then it should be able to save the whole amount.

In the Recover My Files results screen, select all the files that you want to save by putting a tick in the box next to them (to select all files, put a tick in the box at the top level of the folder tree in the top left hand window).

Now check in the information bar at the bottom of the results window. It will tell you how many files you have selected and the total volume of these files. What does this information tell you?

Default Update

I was able to recover EVERYTHING! every file, every picture, video, music...everything I lost is back and not damaged!! I feel like the luckiet person ever What a great program!

I realized after I posted, that I needed to click on more of the files AND save to my hard drive instead of a DVD (it was too big and that's why it wasn't saving properly) I feel kinda dumb about that, but I plead 'burnt brain' from the stress of thinking all was lost.

Thanks for the program, the forum and the help!
Sue
