Default Recover Whole Drive
After a format and clean install of XP my the second drive i have for all my files is being seen as RAW data im wondering if i can recover the drive in its entirety with proper names and folder structure.

Do you mean that your drive is being seen as "RAW" under the drive manager.

If so, download Recover My Files from www.recovermyfiles.com and try a Complete Format Recover.
