mp3 files found, mp3 file names not named!!!!!

I had formated my computer which was my C: and D: , and my external hardive somehow got it self formatted to. I had over 10,000 files of music...music names, folders etc. I had purchased this program thinking it will retrieve the music, in which it is as we speak, but the file names are not there. Now i wouldnt know what im listenin to. Is there a way i can solve this problem, or is there no hope at all. Please tell me if theres hope or not.

btw: I tried doing fast recovery, and there was also no hope.

PS. This program is Great, made me a happy camper. , and finding the file names would make me even more happy!
