Hi all
I'm a newbie here so hello everyone I hope not to ask the same thing twice O.k I accidentally wiped a WD SATA drive and now need to recover the data that was on it. This was a combination of .xls sheets word files and tonnes of pics of my new baby. Anyway I ran Recover my files v3.70 and hey-presto 5 hours later it had them all there for me, I was well chuffed! but when I transfer them to another drive it all went 'Pete Tong'. It copies the file names and so-on but nothing opens!? all JPEGS are sized at 512kb and all office documents AT 1KB but nothing opens and somehow the data on the recovery console goes to 1kb? The odd thing is this... I can view them ok on the preview pain but they get lost or corrupt during the transfer. What do I need to correct this??? Thanks for any help Running XP Pro if that's any use ![]() |

You are using a pirate version.
I suggest you download a legitimate version here: http://download.getdata.com/RecoverMyFiles-Setup.exe. If your new baby pics are worth recovering then I suggest you purchase a product activation key and save them.
