I have a problem using the software recover my files v3.98. About a month ago i formatted a wrong partition of my hard drive and lost my back up files. I used the software to get my files but the problem is the files that where saved and recovered don`t work. the audio files play the wrong tracks, video files don`t play, even some audio files play short video clips which is not meant to be. my application files are always corrupt and my text and word files display in symbols. though my pdf files are ok. i don`t know what the problem is. please i will be glad if i can get this solved
