Hello, I have been looking for help online and found this thread where you had offered help to someone who has a similar situation to mine.
I took a video with my cell phone (nokia n85 with a 16GB micro SDHC card) which I accidentally deleted. I have used data recovery programs to retrieve the file, but it will not play. It is in MP4 format, and is about 22MB. I can not get it to play in Winamp, WMP, or VLC. I have tried splitting the file into 30KB sections and mixed it with a working MP4 file several different ways with no luck. Based on what ive been reading online i am lead to believe it might be a problem with the 'headers' or 'footers' or something of that nature,, which I know nothing about. Is there any way I could upload the MP4 file somewhere for you to look at it if you have time? Or if not do you have any suggestions as to what I could do to get the file to play,, or possibly a better way to recover it from the phone/memory card?
